1. Product delivery is available on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
2. It is also possible to ship abroad, which takes place according to individual arrangements between the Seller and the Customer depending on the country of delivery.
3. The delivery of the Product to the Customer is payable, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise.
4. Personal collection of the Product by the Customer is free of charge. The ordered product can be picked up at our headquarters in Milanówek at Okrzei 18A street, after prior appointment by phone on Working Days, from 08:00 to 16:00.
5. The Seller provides the Customer with the following delivery methods:

6. We have additionally introduced free delivery for our customers for orders over PLN 400 on the territory of the Republic of Poland! Free delivery takes place via Poczta Polska.
7. The date of delivery of the Product to the Customer is 7 Business Days, unless a shorter period is specified in the description of the Product or when placing the Order. For purchases made to order, the delivery date is given separately, because the ordered Product must be made. For all other Products with different delivery times, the delivery date is the longest given date, which, however, may not exceed 7 Business Days.
8. The deadline for the Product to be picked up by the Customer – if the Customer chooses to collect the Product in person, the Product will be ready for collection by the Customer within 2 Business Days, unless a shorter period is specified in the description of the Product or when placing the Order. When purchasing custom-made products, the delivery date is given separately because the ordered Product must be made. For all other Products with different delivery times, the delivery date is the longest given date, which, however, may not exceed 2 Business Days. The Customer will be additionally informed by the Seller about the readiness of the Product for collection by sending an appropriate e-mail to the Customer’s e-mail address provided when placing the Order.
